Nothing to crow about

I can’t believe that the awesome four-game Phillies career of Jim Crowell slipped my mind. In 2004, Crowell pitched a total of three innings, giving up six hits and three runs over four games. He also played for Cincinnati and Florida and ended his major league career with an 11.37 ERA. The only actual highlight during Jim’s time on the Phillies was he was the only player to wear “75” for the Phils.
For all I know, this guy could be Jim himself.

This one is legit. Jim Crowell was a lefty reliever who pitched in a few games for the Phillies in 2004. He wore number 75 in the regular season, which I remember thinking was really weird
